Recognizing the dearth of professional spaces and networking platforms specifically designed for the QPOC community, WerkForce 4 Us, headquartered in New York City, has taken proactive steps to carve out a unique and inclusive support network. We fervently urge individuals to authentically express their identities in professional environments, tirelessly championing equity and vigorously advocating for our community's rights. Our dedication transcends mere words; we are committed to furnishing tailored professional platforms that not only foster but actively propel our collective success.

Allies for Change

At WerkForce 4 Us, we partner directly with Minority-Owned, Queer-Owned, and/or Queer-Supportive companies to provide employment, training, and/or safe spaces for QPOC people. These partnerships are built on the principles of inclusivity, diversity, and mutual support, to advance LGBTQ+ inclusiveness in the workplace and society.

Our meetups include networking mixers, job fairs, skill development workshops, entrepreneurship resource sessions, diversity & inclusion discussions, professional association meetings, career advancement conferences, leadership & management development, sustainability & corporate conferences, and more!

QPOC staffing matters

Here at WerkForce 4 Us, we serve as a dynamic bridge, uniting Queer People of Color (QPOC) and allies with progressive companies that prioritize and affirm LGBTQIA inclusivity. To get to know our talent, we offer innovative meetups to foster a supportive environment where diversity thrives, empowering candidates and employers to build a more inclusive workforce. This is why our staffing services work, and how we are able to offer very affordable staffing rates.

a july 2021 report shows that:

LGBT individuals were more likely than non-LGBT individuals to report a household income of less than $25,000 in 2020, at 20% compared with 14%.

Queer People of Color are more likely to earn less than $25,000 annually.
